Be conscious not to run out of petrol

Be conscious not to run out of petrol

Just like a motor vehicle, it gives off warning signs if something is wrong. When the petrol gauge is at “E” it just simply means that you have ran out of petrol and you need to fill it up if you want to go places. Your body works the same way, one needs to be aware of their diet, sleeping routines, physical activities, level of mental thinking, and even the state of emotions.
With all these elements in check, one can be able to easily detect any threatening or alarming symptom(s) that may have fatal repercussions. Therefore I think it is vitally important for people to be on the lookout for such. I will be focusing on six common symptoms which may indicate that something is wrong with your body and need immediate attendance.

Excruciating back pain:
There are most common on the lower part of the back, get worse when one lies down or cannot even find some sleep but there are plenty of reasons why people get back pains. Others may be temporary or even constantly serious as it is important to visit the doctor to check for the cause, as one of them may be from TB or even cancer.

Blood in urine:
Witnessing a bit of blood in the urine, experiencing pain and burning sensation when urinating are the common symptoms. This may be an indication of a urinary tract infection caused by bacteria in the urethra and antibiotics can cure it.
Extreme excessive sweating:
It is in human nature to excessively sweat especially during an exercise or when the weather is too hot, as sweat is an excretion of heat in the body and maintain a regular temperature, however the sweats can be a symptom of a medical condition or illness. Such as hormonal fluctuations (usually menopausal), hypertension, a hyperactive thyroid and irregular heart rhythm can all cause increased sweating says Dr King.
Blurry vision:
Having low blood sugar or iron deficiency can be a cause of blurry vision which is a result of infection, trauma or certain other medications. Short sightedness or wearing the wrong specs or contacts are a few of indications of the causes. “There are often other symptoms present, like a severe headache or nausea,” says Dr Motara, either way, it is important to see a doctor or optometrist.
Unusually frequent urination:
Constant desire to visit the restroom every half an hour or frequently and even end up leaking are the symptoms. These individuals usually suffer from pelvic organ prolapsed meaning that the uterus, vagina or bladder are ‘falling down’ or slipped out of their place. This sort of symptoms can be an indication of an infection, disease or injury, as it is important to consult a doctor to help you find a solution.
